If schools would hire a para_ get volunteers from retired community to ride the bus, we wouldn't have 1/10th of the fights and verbal harassment going on inside the bus. 50 kids and a driver and we wonder why there are serious bus accidents and bullying going on every day?    When is the last time teachers and administrators lobbied the school boards to get supervision?  If we aren't part of the solution then we are part of the problem and no video clips on suggestions of how to teach kids how to behave is ever found to be useful.

Empathy starts in the home and bullies are lacking this quality. Therefor, stricter supervision on the bus and play grounds  is the answer.  Common sense, common sense_ when the admin's get a clue?

Here are some FREE ideas and resources  to help women educators of all ages.

I found a site where teachers can post their classroom items for sale.  It is an online consignment shop for teachers.  There are no posting fees and you get 70% plus any shipping fees for your items versus 50% like most consignment shops.  Check it out!
